Australian Shipping Details
Once 5 Little Monkeys has received your order, it will be processed within 24 hours and posted via Express Post for a total of $9.95. 5 Little Monkeys has a No Safe Drop Policy. If a customer chooses to have your parcel safe dropped it is at the customers own risk. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order despatch details. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from WA via Australia Post. Please check with your local Post Office if your order has not arrived within this time frame and then contact 5 Little Monkeys for further assistance.
International Shipping Details
5 Little Monkeys can ship parcels to most places in the world. International Shipping Details vary depending on the Australia Post International Shipping Zone. Also please note that some items may incurr an additional postage cost due to size or weight of the product. Your exact postage will be calculated at checkout, however most parcels will incurr the following cost;
Zone A: New Zealand - $17.65
Zone B: Asia/ Pacific - $22.05
Zone C: USA/ Canada/ Middle East - $26.45
Zone D: Rest of World - $33.05
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have received, 5 Little Monkeys is happy to exchange or refund the item. Items must be unworn or unused and returned within a reasonable time frame. Please contact 5 Little Monkeys to arrange an exchange or refund. In the case of a return the item cost will be refunded, excluding the $7.95 postage and handling. In the case of an exchange the item must be returned with a reply paid envelope for postage of the exchanged item.
During 5 Little Monkey's Jumble Sale, items are sold at below cost price and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Faulty or Damages Items
The occurence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, however should this occur 5 Little Monkeys will happily refund or exchange the item in question, including the $7.95 postage and handling. Please contact 5 Little Monkeys to arrange an exchange or refund.
